Kelly is a boy, a neutered male Rat Terrier mix, previously an unclaimed stray who maintains a very happy personality in spite of being unwanted before. Kelly is about 20 pounds. He is happy and playful, loves other dogs, been fine with cats, good with kids. He is doing well with house training but has been in an experienced foster and is crated when alone, which helps. He is peppy and loving and gets along well with everyone he meets so far. He's young, needs some continued routine training with manners, but has a great attitude and is eager to learn.
