About Chimi

Chimy is a 6-7 month old female lab mix, who has had a very rough start to life. Her and her brother Changa were dumped in rural Arkansas and were held in a shelter until they could catch a ride to MN where they would have a better chance of finding a family of their very own. Chimi, Mimi for short, can be timid at first and needs another confident dog in the house to make her feel safe and secure- and then she acts like a normal happy puppy. A fenced yard would be ideal. She is potty trained on a schedule and is kenneled when alone. She is very smart and is learning all about what it means to live indoors and finally be loved! Her silly goofy personality is really starting to shine. Her favorite things are playing with her squeaky toy and her foster siblings and chasing the water spray from the backyard hose!
