About Cilantro - Foster Needed

Cilantro is a 4 month old, 25 pound male Australian Shepherd mix, very dog and people friendly although he is a little shy with new people at first. Cilantro has not had a lot of positive interactions so is learning that people bring kindness. He LOVES other dogs and has major hero worship on any dog he can follow.
