Flip is an 8-10 year old Chihuahua mix with the happiest attitude which helps him coast along with the one working brain cell he has. He is super friendly, gets along very well with people and pets, but really needs an adopter willing to think for him. He is not totally potty trained, he wears a belly band inside, and when common sense is needed, he looks to you for help. He is easy to love in spite of this. Flip came to us when his cherished owner had a fall and he needed a new home. He's a little guy with the most adorable quirky ear and that sleepy underbite that makes him smile.
