A Little Bit About Me

Hati is a 2 year old medium/large mixed breed, likely Border Collie and Hound. This girls brings a lot to the table for adoption success. She is reliably house and kennel trained, likes walks, enjoys having a yard ( she wouldn't love a busy apartment complex), and is very intelligent. She likes kids, but is bouncy around them, so may knock them down inadvertently. Hati lives with a cat she really likes a lot, and also with other dogs. Her adopter is finding that while she is dog tolerant, she is not reading the cues of other dogs well, causing some tension in the home when she competes with the other female dog in the home for attention. No fighting, just being pushy about it. Hati is a little shy at first, likes to observe a new person before approaching, but once she bonds, she bonds really hard and well. She would make a fantastic companion for a home wanting a single dog that is ok being with others out and about. She is playful and active and would love a home to bring her on hikes and walks.
