A Little Bit About Me

Meet Blair, the 6-9 month mystery mutt who is about 35-40 solid pounds right now, and most of it is heart-- she's so sweet. Blair is curious, and eager to please. She is doing very well on the leash, starting to practice simple commands like "wait, sit, ok”. She likes to explore the house and find things to chew, but she responds well to corrections and redirection with toys. She is friendly with dogs she meets on walks. She showed curiosity with a visiting cat, but we are unsure how she would do living with cats and recommend a cat free home. She would do well with a fenced yard or a home where she can get long walks. She barks at visitors and cars that pull in. She is timid and pulls back from new people but once she is comfortable she wags her tail and wants to be pet. She lived with children until 6 months of age and did well, happy to share the couch or play with toys. Blair is house trained and kennel trained.
