A Little Bit About Me

Penny is a 3 year old petite boxer/lab mix weighing about 38 lbs. She is a shy, timid, quiet girl looking for a confident, patient person that can build her trust. She is terrified of loud noises (thunder, fireworks, etc.) and will run or hide anytime she is frightened. Outside, she loves to run and requires a yard with a fence at least 5 feet tall. (She can jump over a 4 ft. fence.) Penny is dog selective and would do well as an only dog or with one other playful, submissive dog (male or female) about her size or larger. She plays a little too rough with cats, so no small animals for her, including small dogs. Penny is reliably house trained and crates well for the workday. Her crate is her safe place. For the right person with a fenced yard of at least 5 feet, a calm and patient personality, you will be so happy to took a chance on this shyer girl. Her loyalty and love are limitless.
