About Pongo

Pongo is a marshmallow hearted brindle Pointer/Hound has spent 18 MONTHS in a kennel.... and remains the same dopey, sweet, submissive dog he was at the start. He came to the shelter with his 'sister' who we took a year ago and was adopted, and now it's his turn we hope. He is excellent with kids, VERY respectful of cats and kittens, gets along with every dog he meets. He likely needs a short house training refresher after so long, but he was previously, and will remember quickly. He is kenneled when alone, and would do best with a yard or acreage.
