About Chansey

Meet Chansey! Chansey got her name in the most appropriate foster-family way possible: her Pokémon-obsessed foster kids let her choose her favorite Pokémon card. The name "Chansey" stuck. This beautiful little blue-grey girl has come a long way. She was found all alone in a barn with no mama cat in sight. Her foster family took her in, nursed her back to health, and helped that tiny barn kitten grow into the healthy, strong, social girl she is today. Although she started life as a single kitten, she now lives with cats, dogs, and kids and has become a very social little lady. She loves playing with the other animals in the house, although she takes her napping responsibilities equally seriously. Chansey has a LOT to say about life. She is wonderfully chatty and will happily carry on a conversation with anyone willing to listen. When it comes to affection, Chansey has one simple rule: four paws on the floor, please. She isn’t a big fan of being picked up or carried around, but she LOVES pets, attention, and affection on her terms. She’s playful, curious, talkative, affectionate, and already accustomed to the hustle and bustle of a home with kids and other animals.
