About Tsireya

Tsireya (suh-ray-uh) is a 4-month-old red merle Australian Shepherd mix puppy with a resilient spirit and a heart of gold. At just three weeks old, she and her siblings were tragically thrown from a car window. Thanks to quick action and wonderful fosters, Tsireya was rescued and given a second chance. She is also a parvo survivor and is now healthy, thriving. Tsireya is fostered with kids and other pets and is a social, smart, people-pleasing puppy. She is housebroken on a schedule, crates when left alone, and loves engaging with her people. We expect her to be around 60+/- pounds fully grown (she does have double back dew claws, commonly found in livestock guardians like Pyrenees, so likely some Pyr or similar mixed in there). As a working-breed puppy, Tsireya will need an adopter who understands the importance of daily mental and physical stimulation that a higher energy dog requires, including training, enrichment, and structured exercise. A single-family home with a yard and an adopter committed to meeting the needs of an active herding breed and continuing her training and development are a must. Tsireya thrives on canine companionship and requires a home with another young, playful dog who can keep up with her energy. Older kids (8+) would be an added bonus, as she loves the fun and activity of a busy household.
