In most cases, there will be an email contact listed for each cat or dog. If no email is listed, email Katie at: kadams4545@hotmail.com or Megan at: homewardbounddogrescue@yahoo.com. (Please note that just because Megan has a Homeward Bound address does not mean she is the director of Homeward Bound. The director of HB does not have an email address). Homeward Bound's preferred method of communication is via email and you'll get a much quicker response this way rather than on the phone. The beauty with email is that we can reply to it any time of the day or night, depending when our "free time" is. We will respond to your messages as soon as possible but please remember that we are volunteers with career and family demands and we give our spare time willingly, be it late at night after work, early in the morning before work, during lunch breaks, or whenever the kids are at school or the baby is napping! Being an all volunteer group, we can't always respond as quickly as we would like - we sure try though! We can usually respond to messages in a day or two day but sometimes it takes us up to 3 days. If you don't hear back from us in 3 days, please send us another email. Chances are good that your message was lost in cyber space, and that we never received your message in the first place. Your patience is appreciated. We all sincerely try to do our best for the dogs but again, please remember we are volunteers and do all of this during our "free time." Please make sure you read through our Frequently Asked Questions pages before sending us an email since a lot of frequently asked questions are there (such as how to adopt, our adoption policies, adoption requirements, adoption fees, return/surrender info, where Homeward Bound is located, and so on).

NO PHONE ACCESS: Due to a medical emergency on the part of the director of Homeward Bound, phone calls are not able to be returned at this time except on an emergency basis. Please contact us through emails... we check them at least once a day.
